As part of the verification process we ask an employee to confirm personal information when they log into their account for the first time.
Initially we will ask them to confirm their NI number. If we do not hold a NI number for them we ask for their post code. If we do not hold a post code for them we will ask for their employee number.
The employee must enter the information exactly how it is populated on the platform. If they fail 3 attempts their account will become locked and can only be unlocked by the Employer Admin user or their Payroll Agent.
