You can resend welcome emails to all unregistered accounts from the EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE screen. This will send welcome emails to all unregistered users. You can access this from the Agents Dashboard by pressing CLIENTS, clicking on the Clients Name and then pressing EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE | ALL EMPLOYEES.
You can also resend welcome emails to an individual employee, who has not completed the registration process, from the EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE screen by following the above method. Once on the ALL EMPLOYEES screen, search for the Employee's name and press the EDIT button on the right. If the employee has not registered their account you can press the RESEND WELCOME EMAIL button.
If you do not get option to resend the Welcome Email in the above scenarios, that indicates that the users have already registered their accounts.
