The Employee Documents function allows your Payroll Provider to upload documents directly to employees. This could be general documents and/or PAYE forms such as P60s, P11Ds and/or P45.
A client user can easily access these documents from the Employer Dashboard by pressing DOCUMENTS | EMPLOYEE. This will show you a list of the files that have been uploaded and which have been matched to an employee account. From here you can also download the relevant forms if required.
Documents are provided exactly as uploaded onto the PayDashboard system. PayDashboard does not accept liability for any damage sustained as a result of software viruses present on an uploaded file, and would advise the use of virus checks before opening any document.
