You can upload important documents* directly to your client from the Agency Dashboard, by clicking UPLOAD | CLIENT DOCUMENTS.
On the next screen you will be prompted to select the client. If you have both upload and download documents permissions, by default you will then be shown your Inbox. This contains all files that your clients have uploaded to you. To upload a file, press Document Outbox and press UPLOAD. If you only have the ability to upload documents, you will only be shown the document outbox from where you can upload your client documents.
On the next screen you will be given the option to select a category to group the client documents. This will enable you to categorise your reports (for example Final/ Checking/ 2018-2019). You can then select BROWSE to locate the file(s) you would like to upload on your computer and then click UPLOAD. Valid file types include .pdf,.csv,.txt,.xls,.xlsx,.doc,.docx,.zip.
You can then verify the document name and category before finally pressing UPLOAD.
If you would like to notify each Client User that you have uploaded the document, press NOTIFY CLIENT.
*Documents are provided exactly as uploaded onto the PayDashboard system. PayDashboard does not accept liability for any damage sustained as a result of software viruses present on an uploaded file, and would advise the use of virus checks before opening any document.
