Before you can access your payslips you will be asked to verify your account by confirming some information, this would normally be your NI number, but can also be your employee number or post code, depending on what information your employers have used when they created your account.
You will have 3 attempts to provide the information. If the information is entered incorrectly 3 times, your account will be locked as a security measure. In this instance you will need to check the information with your HR/Payroll department. They will be able to confirm the information they hold for you on the system and also change this if it is incorrect. They can also unlock your account if required. For security purposes, PayDashboard support do not have access to confirm or amend any personal information, this can only be done by your employers.
