To reset your password, please follow the steps in our How can I reset my password article
If you do not receive a password reset email, please check your junk or spam folder. If using a corporate email address, please check with your internal IT Support team that our emails are not being quarantined by your email server based on any spam rules.
If you have received an email advising there is "no user profile registered to this email address", this indicates that the email address you entered when attempting to reset your password, does not match what is held on your account. In this instance please try an alternative email address or contact your employer to check which address is registered to your account.
Please note, PayDashboard Technical Support, can not confirm or amend the email address held on your account. Only your Employer and/or their payroll provider can access your personal information.
